Colorful Maine June Wedding

There is a distinct energy to Vista of Maine when June rolls around; the hillsides of Greene are violently green, the orchards are lush, and the expansive views over the Sabattus hills seem to stretch forever. For this early summer wedding, we leaned fully into a rich, vibrant color palette that popped wildly against the venue’s expansive landscape. By keeping the framing clean and utilizing the open, unfiltered sunlight of the hilltop, every rich floral tone and bold detail felt intentional and high-fashion rather than chaotic.

Between the soft breeze sweeping through the vines during the ceremony and the warm, golden glow that hit the orchards just before dinner, the day was a masterclass in letting natural scenery amplify a bold design vision. With no need for heavy, distracting props, the couple relied on the raw texture of the hill, their incredible color choices, and genuine energy to carry the day—resulting in a gallery that feels as electric, warm, and joyful as a Maine summer night.
