There is a quiet, cinematic window just as the sun comes up over Commercial Street, before the ferry whistles start blowing and the working waterfront fully wakes up. For this engagement session, we utilized that crisp, early morning light as it cut between the historic brick buildings, casting long, dramatic shadows across the cobblestones and wet pavement. Trading the usual sunset crowd for a deserted Wharf Street and the quiet docks of the harbor allowed us to capture portraits that feel incredibly private, high-end, and effortlessly cool. With no need for distracting props or forced poses, we simply let the low-angled sun and the gritty, beautiful textures of the Old Port do the heavy lifting—resulting in a gallery that feels like a love letter to both the couple and the city itself.
